Uislam ni Mfumo Kamili wa Maisha
Maana ya Mfumo ni utaratibu maalum wa maisha ya mwanadamu ambao imma utokane na Muumba au utokane na mwanadamu . Mfumo lazima utokane na imani/Aqida ambayo huzaa nidhamu za maisha iwe ya kiuchumi, kisiasa au kijamii. Nidhamu za maisha husimamiwa na sheria ambazo mwanadamu huzitekeleza kwa mujibu wa mfumo husika.Imma iwe uchumi na mambo ya fedha, sheria za uzalishaji, mahitaji , bei, usamabazaji, sheria za benki na biashara yake , sheria za biashara yenyewe sheria za kijamii iwe ndoa,nk na sheria mbali mbali za usimamizi wa maisha ya watu ,yaani siasa nk
Kwa hivyo mfumo wa Uislamu hujengwa na fikra jumla juu ya uhai unatokana na nini , vipi umeanza ulimwengu nani kauleta na nani mmiliki wa mwanadamu na nani kamuumba. Ikiwa jawabu ya mwanadamu itakuwa Allah ndiye aliyesanifu , akatengeneza na kuumba vitu vyote hivyo basi mwanadamu huyo daima atakuwa mnyenyekevu kwa Allah kwamba Yeye Ndiye anaepaswa kutukuzwa na kukubali mwongozo wa usimamizi wake kwa mujibu wa Qurani na Mwenendo wa Mjumbe wake SAW. Ni imani /Aqida ndiyo inayo zaa mfumo .
Waislamu tunaamini kuwa Allah ndiye aliyetupa mwongozo kutokana na Qurani na Sunna kwa njia ya wahyi ,kwamba maisha yetu yasimamiwe vipi na nani wa kusimamia ikiwemo kusimamia mambo ya ndani ya raia wawe wacha mungu na pia kuusambaza uislamu ulimwengu mzima kwa njia ya daawah na jihad, katika uchumi na upana wake , katika biashara , katika mambo ya fedha na mizunguke yake , katika vyakula watu wale kipi , kuoana waoane vipi. Amali zote zimetajwa hukumu zake katika Qurani kwa kipimo cha halali na haramu. Muislamu anatakiwa abebe fikra /ufahamu wa aina hiyo ikiwa anataka kuishi kiislamu.
Chochote ambacho hakikutokana na mfumo wa uislamu , hata kama kimefanana fanana na uislam kwa muislamu hicho ni haramu kwake hasa kitu hicho kikigusa hadhara yaani mtazamo wa maisha juu ya ufahamu jumla kwa uhai , ulimwengu na mwanadamu.
Mfumo lazima uwe na twarika au njia ya utekelezaji wake. Serikali ndiyo inayosimamia utekelezaji wa mfumo . Serikali ndiyo inayosimamia sheria ambazo amali zote za mwanadamu zimeekewa hukumu zake. Na mwanadamu anapaswa kufanya amali zake kufuatana na hukumu hizo .Kwa maana hiyo lazima kuwe na Serikali ya kiislamu kuwasimamia waislamu waishi maisha ya kiislamu.
Ikiwa mfumo hautokuwa unasimamiwa na Serikali sheria zake nyingi zitakuwa hazitekelezeki na kuufanya mfumo usiwe na athari kubwa kwa maisha ya mwanadamu. Yaani katika Uislamu tunashindwa mwizi kumkata mkono, mzinifu kumpiga mawe au bakora, mzushi na mlevi kupigwa bakora , mwenye kumtukana mtume saaw kuuawa, kuzuia damu za waislamu zisimwagwe ovyo, kuzuia utalii wenye kuharibu mila na desturi za kiislamu na mambo kadhaa wa kadhaa. Yote hayo kwasababu waislamu hawana Serikali ya kusimamia sharia zote za Allah.
Allah anasema:
الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمْ الإِسْلاَمَ دِينًا
“Leo hii nimeikamilisha dini yenu na nikawapa nyinyi neema zangu na nikawaridhia uislamu ni mfumo wa maisha kwenu.”
Tayari Allah ametuchagulia Uislamu ni dini na mfumo kamili wa maisha.
Amma mfumo wa ubepari/demokrasia ndio wenye kutawala maisha ya mwanadamu ulimwengu mzima. Na hadhara iliyobebwa na ummah ni ile ya kimagharibi.
Mfumo wa ubepari umetokana na imani ya kutochanganya Dini na Siasa. Imani ya kutochanganya Dini na Siasa ndio inayo zaa nidhamu za uchumi, siasa na jamii. Pamoja na kwamba mfumo unatambua kuwepo kwa Dini lakini jambo hilo halipewi uzito mkubwa kwasababu mwanadamu amepewa nafasi ya kujitungia sheria mwenyewe na kuzisimamia. Mtazamo wa maisha anaobeba mwanadamu unatokana na mfumo huo ambao umesimama katika misingi minne mikuu:-
- Uhuru wa kuabudu/kiitikadi
- Uhuru wa mtu kujiamulia kufanya atakavyo
- Uhuru wa mtu kusema atakalo.
- Uhuru wa kumiliki
Na kwa misingi hiyo ya ubepari/demokrasia huwa hapana budi kumhifadhia mwanadamu uhuru wake, nayo ni uhuru wa kiitakadi, uhuru wa rai, uhuru wa kumiliki na uhuru wa ki-binafsi. Na natija ya uhuru wa kumiliki ni nidhamu ya ki-uchumu ya kirasilmali/ubepari. Urasilmali ndio uliojitokeza mbele katika mfumo huu na ndio uliojitokeza mbele kutoka kwa itikadi ya mfumo huu. Kwa hivyo mfumo huu umeitwa mfumo wa urasilmali/ubepari katika mlango wa kuita kitu kwa jina la lile linalojitokeza mbele zaidi .
Chimbuko la mfumo wa ubepari ni matokeo ya dhulma na mateso yaliyofanywa kwa umma katika bara Ulaya. Watawala wa zama hizo maarufu Makaisari walijidai kuwa wanatawala kwa kitabu cha Biblia. Kwasababu Ukristo si dini ya kimfumo wa maisha, watawala hao waliongeza mambo kadhaa ndani ya kitabu cha Biblia ili kitoe suluhisho la mambo yaliyozuka katika kuwasimamia wanadamu. Hapo ndipo yalipofanyika makosa makubwa katika kuwatawala wanadamu na hatimae kuzuka uhasama , mateso na dhulma kwa umma.
Kutokana na matokeo hayo ndipo vugu vugu lililoongozwa na wanafalsafa na wasomi wakiungwa mkono na umma, likapamba moto dhidi ya watawala. Baada ya mafanikio ya kuwaondoa watawala , washindi wa mapambano hayo wakafanya suluhisho la kati na kati la kuiweka dini ibaki katika nyumba za ibada tu, mambo ya utawala yabaki kusimamiwa kwa sheria zilizotungwa na mwanadamu. Wengine wakasehelea kuikana dini moja kwa moja . Lakini wote walikubaliana wajenge imani mpya ya kutochanganya na siasa. Kwa hivyo msamiati wa “kutochanganya dini na siasa” ni imani mpya mbadala wa ile ya Lailaha illa Allah. Na msamiati huo ndio unaoimbwa na wanademokrasia hata zama za leo kwasababu ndiyo imani yao.
Hadhara ya mfumo wa ubepari , maarufu inajuilikana kuwa ni hadhara ya kimagharibi , na mtazamo wao maisha ni kuwa mwanadamu ana uhuru kufanya , kumiliki , kuabudu , kusema atakalo ili mradi yeye anapata furaha au manufaa katika jambo hilo. Kipimo chao kikubwa ni faida au hasara, si halali na haramu. Ndio kila mwanadamu anakimbilia afanye jambo apate faida au manufaa hata kama jambo lenyewe si zuri kwa jamii. Ndio yakazuka magenge ya mauaji, magenge ya wauzaji madawa ya kulevya, biashara ya ukahaba na makasino,
Wamagharibi wamehakikisha kuwa dunia inanyenyekea na kufuata mfumo wao kwa kueneza hadhara yao kila kona ya dunia ili umma uishi kwa mfumo wa ubepari. Wametumia jukwaa la UN kuweka vishawishi vya kumbadilisha mwanadamu hata kama hataki basi vishawishi vimkokote. Mfano mito ya haki sawa za jinsia kwa wanawake na wanaume, Haki za binaadamu, Haki za mtoto. Pia imezishawishi nchi zote duniani ziweke saini makubaliano ya UN juu ya mito hiyo.
Hivi sasa hakuna kilicho Ulaya sisi katika maeneo ya waislamu hatukifanyi. Kuanzia uhasharati wa kupindukia, watoto wadogo mashuleni kukithiri kwa uesharati na ukahaba , wanawake kuwa mstari wa mbele kudai haki sawa na wanaume, kuwekewa madawati tele ya wanawake wakihukumu hata kesi za ndoa kwa migogoro ya mume na mke. Watoto kukosa adabu na kutojali amri za wazee wao. Kukithiri kwa madawa ya kulevya , Hivyo hadhara tuliyobeba si hadhara ya kiislamu bali ni hadhara ya kimagharibi.
Ni kipi cha kuchaguwa ndilo suala la msingi . Tuchague mfumo wa maisha ulio letwa na Allah au tuchukuwe mfumo ulitengenezwa na mwana adamu? Jawabu sahihi ni kuchukuwa ule mwongozo wa Allah , tutapata faida ya dunia na akhera. Na haifai kwa muislamu kutekeleza mifumo miwili wakati mmoja . Demokrasia ni kiini macho cha kutukufurisha.
{ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا آمِنُوا بِاللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِاللهِ وَمَلاَئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا }
“Enyi mlioamini, mwaminini Allah na Mjumbe wake na kitabu ambacho kimeteremka kwa Mjumbe na kitabu ambacho kimetangulia kuteremshwa. Yeyote anayemkufuru Allah na malaika wake na vitabu vyake na wajumbe wake na Siku ya Mwisho basi amepoteo upotofu wa mbali!”
