Waachiwe Huru Sio Magaidi
Mgongano baina ya haki na batil ni suala la kitareekh tangu zama za Mitume As waliotangulia. Jambo hili daima litakuwa endelevu kwa kuwa linaelea juu ya kanuni ya kimaumbile. Waislamu daima waliubeba Uislamu juu ya msimamo wa mgongano baina ya haki na batil bila ya kujali lawama ya mwenye kulaumu.
Ndani ya mwezi kama huu wa Shaaban, katika munasaba wa tukio la kubadilishwa kibla, Allah Taala kaleta mgongano dhidi ya dini za Ahlul Kitaab kwa nguvu bila ya kutafuna maneno, akiwakosoa waziwazi kwamba msimamo wao wa kupinga kibla kipya cha Waislamu unasukumwa na chuki na kufuata kwao batil ilhali wanafahamu ukweli wa jambo hilo.
Leo Waislamu dunia nzima hususan walinganizi wanakabiliwa na kila aina ya vitimbwi, dhulma na njama mbalimbali kutoka kwa makafiri na wawakilishi wao, kwa sababu moja tu, kutokana na ukweli wa uwepo wa mgongano baina ya Uislamu (haki) dhidi ya ukafiri (batil).
Walinganizi hao wanaendelea kushikamana na subra na istiqama licha ya kushtadi kwa mateso, dhulma, unyanyasaji na hata kufungwa jela kwa ajili ya Uislamu wakiwa na matumaini kwamba mwisho mwema ni kwa wacha Mungu. Aidha, matendo hayo ya dhulma kutoka kwa makafiri yanaendelea kuwazidishia msimamo kwa sababu mgongano baina ya haki na batil utaendelea kuwepo amma mpaka pale Waislamu watakapoelekea kukubaliana na matakwa ya makafiri na ukafiri, jambo ambalo ni muhali, au pale makafiri watakaposilimu. Kinyume na hayo hali hiyo haiutomalizika.
Kwa upande wa walinganizi wa Uislamu kupitia Hizb ut Tahrir licha ya kujifunga na njia ya mageuzi ya mvutano wa kifikra na kisiasa bila ya kutumia nguvu wala mabavu nao hawakusalimika na hali hii ya mgongano kiasi cha kupita katika kipindi cha hali ngumu ya dhulma, mateso, ukandamizaji, mauwaji ikiwemo kubambilikiziwa kesi za uwongo kutokana na msimamo wao kwa Uislamu.
Hapa Tanzania, wanachama watatu wa Hizb ut Tahrir, Waziri Suleiman Mkaliaganda (31) mwalimu wa sekondari aliyenyakuliwa tangu tarehe 21/10/2017 nje ya msikiti wa karibu na nyumbani kwake, eneo la Mtwara mjini, Omar Salum Bumbo (49), fundi mwashi aliyenyakuliwa kazini, maeneo ya Tazara (Dsm) tarehe 27/10/2017 na Ustadh Ramadhan Moshi (39), mwalimu wa dini na mfanyabiashara aliyenyakuliwa tarehe 30/10/2017 nyumbani kwake Magomeni, Dar es Salaam bado wanaendelea kushikiliwa Mtwara mjini wakiletwa mahkamani takriban kila wiki mbili bila ya kesi yao kuendeshwa. Jambolinaloodhihirisha dhulma ya waziwazi. Aidha, walinganizi hao watatu wao ni kielelezo cha walinganizi wengi nchini Tanzania na ulimwengu kwa jumla ambao kesi zao huchezwa ‘danadana’ kuwarefushia miaka ya kubakia katika mikono ya dhulma na mateso.
Wakati ndugu zetu hao watatu tunawatarajia InshaAllah kuletwa tena mahkamani siku ya Jumatatu 23/04/2018, tunawaomba Waislamu na waadilifu katika wanadamu kupaza sauti zao juu dhidi ya dhulma zinazowakumba ndugu zetu hao na wengineo ambao wamekuwa katika makucha ya dhulma bila ya kesi zao kusikilizwa. Aidha, tunazinasihi taasisi husika kwa kuwa wameshakosa ushahidi wa kuwashikilia waachie huru mara moja ndugu zetu hao na wengine kama wao ili warejee katika maisha a kawaiadia wajumuike na familia zao.
Mwisho, tunawaomba Waislamu wote wasiwasahau katika dua zao ndugu zetu hao na wengine wote dunia nzima waliomo katika mikono ya dhulma ili wawe huru kutokana na dhulma zinzowakabi.
