Dhana hiyo itabakia kuwa ndoto ya mchana tangu isiyo na uhalisia tangu ilipoasisiwa na mwanafikra wa Kifaransa Baron de Montesquieu mwaka 1748 hadi mwisho wa siku.
Tunashuhudia namna serikali inavyodhibiti harakati za Bunge kwa kuliwekea mipaka katika kuangaziwa shughuli zake katika Tv moja kwa moja.
