Vyombo vya habari kadhaa vimeangazia kadhia ya Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Dar es Salaam Paul Makonda ya kuwataka wanawake waliotelekezwa na waume zao kwa kukoseshwa fedha za kuwahudumia watoto kufika ofisini kwake ili kupatiwa msaada wa kisheria. Wito huo umeitikiwa na mamia ya wanawake wakiwa na watoto hao kufurika ofisini kwa Mkuu wa Mkoa huyo tarehe 09/04/2018. Zoezi hilo likifanikishwa na timu ya madaktari, jeshi la polisi – Dawati la jinsia, wataalamu wa sheria, pamoja na maafisa ustawi wa jamii.
Pamoja na ukweli kuwa tukio hili limebuniwa kufikia malengo fulani ya kisiasa ya kuchafua haiba ya wale wanaoonekana kuwa na ushawishi wa kisiasa hasa katika ngome ya upinzani, pia tukio hili limedhihirisha aibu kubwa kwa Taifa katika nukta kadhaa.
Limetoa taswira ya zama zile zinazoitwa zama za kijahiliya ambapo jamii huwa na fikra duni kiasi ya baba kumtupa mwanawe. Na hili lategemewa kwa Taifa lenye mustawa duni wa kimaadili kama Tanzania, Taifa ambalo limefungua milango kwa hadhara ngeni ya kimagharibi, likafungua milango kwa kila aina ya uchafu kama vile pombe za kila aina, mabaa kila kichochoro, ugawaji wa kondom kila pembe huku wakipewa uhuru wa kutembea uchi kwa anaetaka kwa sababu tu wote hao wamedhaminiwa uhuru wao kutoka kwa Taifa lenye kujinadi kwa kujifunga na misingi ya kidemokrasia.
Limetupa taswira ya uozo wa kimaadili uliopo nchini ikiaminika kuwa, kesho yake lau Tanzania ikipiga mbiyu ya mgambo na kuita watoto wa mitaani katika uwanja wa Taifa basi uwanja huo utafurika.

La aibu zaidi ni pale mwezi wa July, 2016 Serikali ilipofanya msako ulioongozwa na Mkuu wa Mkoa – Paul Makonda, msako wa kuwasomba na kuwatia mbaroni mafukara wanaoomba Dar es Salaam. Sambamba na hilo, Mkuu wa Mkoa kutoa agizo kwa raia wenye huruma kutowasaidia mafukara hao. Katika msako huo zaidi ya ombaomba 60 walitiwa mbaroni na kwa wale wanaotoka maeneo ya mikowani kuambiwa watarejeshwa kwao, hii ni dharau na kuwacheza shere raia kwa yule anaenadi eti awahurumia watoto waliotelekezwa.
Aidha, twaiona Serikali inashindwa kuwasaidia raia wanyonge wanaosibiwa na mafuriko na wala hawana pakukaa na Serikali kupaza sauti ya kuwafukuza bila kueleza wapi waelekee.
Tukiangalia upande wa pili yaonekana wazi kuwa tukio hili limeletwa kwa lengo la kuwazuga raia tu kwani limeletwa wakati ambao Serikali imeshindwa kuleta majibu ya mambo kadhaa ya msingi hususan suala la usalama, kama kuwepo mauaji holela ya raia na waumini yanayoendelea mpaka katika nyumba za ibada pamoja na utekaji nyara wa ajabu unaofanywa na Serikali kwa kisingizio cha uvunjwaji wa sheria za kimtandao. Utekaji nyara huu unaongeza maradufu wimbi la wajane na mayatima ambao eti Serikali haitaki watelekezwe.
Upazaji sauti wa kulani unyama huu unaoendelea nchini umekua ukifanywa na vyombo vya habari, raia na hata baadhi ya wabunge kusema barazani kuwa wahalifu wanashirikiana na vyombo vya dola, bado Serikali imekua kiziwi, bubu, na wala haioni. Sasa ni kichekesho kwa serikali eti yawatafuta wanaotelekeza wanawake na watoto.
Kwa kweli taswira ya umma mkubwa uliojitokeza imetoa uhalisia wa uozo wa kimaadili na uduni wa fikra walizonazo ummah juu ya kuwaangalia wanawake, watoto na wanaadamu wenziwao, na hapo Serikali imedhihirisha kushindwa kutibu fikra hizo.
Njooni katika uislamu muangalie Mtukufu wa Darja Mtume SAW kupitia hadithi iliotoka kwa Abuu Huraira kwa kusema;

Uislam umefungamanisha mahusiano ya mke na mume kupitia mkataba wa ndoa, na kwa mkataba huo pekee ndipo baba huwa na uhalali wa umiliki wa mtoto husika. Hii inamaana kwamba baadhi ya mababa wanaodaiwa kumiliki watoto hao kamwe hawatambuliwi kuwa baba halali wa watoto ikiwa tu kumekosekana mkataba wa ndoa awali, bila kujali vipimo vya vinasaba (DNA) vimeonesha kufanana au la, bila kujali muda gani wameishi pamoja mwanamke na mwanamume kwani vyote hivyo, si vipimo vya DNA wala muda wa kuishi pamoja havina nafasi katika kuthibitisha umiliki wa mototo katika sheria ya Kiislam.
