Ramadhani Inatuwajibisha Kujifunga na Mfumo wa Kiislam
Allah Taala anasema:
شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنْ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ
“Ni mwezi wa Ramadhani ndio ambao imeteremshwa humo Qur’an kuwa ni uongofu kwa watu, na hoja zilizo wazi za uwongofu na upambanuzi”
(TMQ 2:185)
Allah Taala katika Aya hii amesifu Qu’ran kuwa ni Muongozo kwa watu
(هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ Hii ni zaidi ya kuwa ni muongozo kwa wacha mungu tu. هُدًى لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
Ikiwa hapa quran imetajwa kuwa ni muongozo kwa watu wote, kuna haja ya kujiuliza swali. Vipi quran itakuwa muongozo kwa kafiri ambaye haiamini wala haswali, hafanyi ibada ya hijja wala hafungi? Vipi inamuongoza?
Hakika qur’an itakuwa ikimuongoza kafiri kwa khiyari au kwa nguvu katika maisha yake kuanzia uchumi, siasa, jamii, elimu nk. Kwani makafiri wote hulazimishwa kufuata sheria za Kiislamu katika maisha yao yote ya kila siku chini ya Dola. Na dola ya kiislamu (Khilafah) ina wajibu kuwalazimisha makafri wote kufuata sheria za Kiislamu isipokuwa zile ambazo Uislamu umekuja kuzivua. Kama vile swala, swaum, hijja nk. Kwani ibada hizi kutekeleza kwake sharti msingi kwa mtekelezaji awe na imani ya Kiislamu, na wao makafiri hawana imani. Hivi ndivyo alivyofanya Mtume (SAAW) katika kuamiliana na makafiri dhimmiy na ndivyo vivyo hivyo wanavyofanya makafiri mabepari leo kutulazimisha Waislamu kufuata sheria zao za maisha na kutubakishia mfumo wetu katika mambo ya kiroho tu kama funga, hijja, swala, ushauri nasaha katika masuala ya ndoa na mirathi (ukadhi) nk. Ubepari unayafanya haya kwa kuwa hii ni moja katika sifa muhimu na ya lazima ya mfumo wowote kama tutakavyofafanua mbele. Sifa ya kulazimisha watu wote kuwa chini ya sheria na sera za mfumo unaoubeba.
Kwa kuwa quran imeteremshwa katika mwezi huu wa Ramadhani ni wazi imekuja na tangazo la mfumo kamili wa Kiislamu. Aidha, Ramadhani ina uhusiano wa moja kwa moja na mfumo wetu wa Kiislamu kwa umma wa Kiislamu, kinyume na ambavyo baadhi ya walinganiaji (si wote) kimakosa hufupisha mawaidha yao katika mwezi huu wa Ramadhani kwa kuonesha tu ubora wa saumu, kusoma quran, qiyamu-layli, kutoa swadaqa nk. Bila ya kutanua ufafanuzi wao hadi kufikia ufahamu sahihi wa mfumo mzima uliokusudiwa ndani ya aya iliyogusia kuteremshwa Muongozo.
Katika hali kama hii ni wajibu kuweka ufahamu sahihi juu ya tamko la mfumo wa maisha wa Kiislamu. Kwa bahati mbaya wengi katika Waislamu hususan maduati (walinganiaji) wamekuwa wakitumia tamko hili la mfumo wa maisha wa Kiislamu, lakini kwa maana fupi, finyu na isiyokamilika kinyume na inavyotakikana kufahamika na kulinganiwa kwa mujibu wa Uislamu. Wengi huishia tu Uislamu ni mfumo kamili wa maisha, lakini mifano wanayoitoa bado haifikii maana halisi na pana ya tamko la mfumo. Wengi huishia kutoa mifano ya Uislamu namna unavyofundisha kula, kunywa, kwenda haja, kuvaa nguo, kufanya jimai na dua kadhaa wa kadhaa. Kwa ufahamu wao huo huona hii ndio maana kamili ya kuwa Uislamu ni mfumo kamili tangu Muislamu anapotoka usingizini, anaposhinda mchana mpaka anaporudi tena usiku kulala.
Ni kweli kwamba haya ni katika sehemu ya mfumo wa Kiislamu. Lakini bado hayajakamilisha maana halisi ya tamko ‘mfumo’ kwa kuwa hayo hayakuhusisha sehemu muhimu ya uchumi, siasa za ndani, siasa za nje, vita, mahusiano ya mikataba na nchi za kikafiri, fedha ya nchi (sarafu) ambayo chini ya Dola ya Khilafah lazima iwe ni dhahabu au fedha na wala si fedha ya karatasi kama ilivyo leo isiyokuwa na thamani ya dhahabu wala fedha, sera ya viwanda ambapo Uislamu unalazimisha viwanda vyake lazima viwe na sura ya kivita, hata kama ni viwanda vya kutengeneza wanja, pipi au sabuni. Na watalazimishwa wamiliki wa viwanda hivyo kuwa na mikakati hadi kufikia kutengeneza silaha kali kutoka kwenye bidhaa kama sabuni, wanja,pipi nk.
Aidha, kuna wanaokwenda kombo zaidi na ufahamu wa mfumo, kwa kukiri kijanja kuwa Uislamu ni mfumo kamili wa maisha, na hautenganishi kati ya dini na dunia. Lakini wanakusudia kuwa Uislamu unaruhusu kuchukuwa sera na hukumu za mifumo mingine inayotokamana na tungo za binadamu. Walinganiaji hawa wanatenda uovu zaidi kwani wanaonesha kuwa Uislamu una mapungufu na unahitaji kukopa na kuchukua baadhi ya sera na taratibu kutoka katika mfumo wa kitwaghuuti wa kidemokrasia. Madai/walinganiaji hawa wanashindwa kutofautisha kati ya hadhara na madaniyah ambapo huku ni kuchanganyikiwa kwa kushindwa kujua kipi kinajuzu kuchukua kutoka kwa makafiri, na kipi hakifai kuchukuwa. Wakati mwengine utawasikia wakisema mbona tunatumia simu, computer na magari? Je Mtume SAAW angelikuwa hai angekataa kutumia vitu hivi? Ni wazi walinganiaji hawa wanashindwa kutofautisha kati ya masula ya kifikra, falsafa na sera za kikafiri (hadhara) na vitu vya kimada ambavyo maumbile yake ni vya kimatumizi tu bila ya kuwa na fungamano lolote na mfumo au imani fulani (vitu vya madaniya).
NINI MFUMO?
Mfumo ni nidhamu ya maisha ambayo inatokana na itikadi maalumu, na itikadi hiyo huzaa nidhamu za maisha kwa walioamini mfumo huo, na pia hutabikishwa hata kwa wasiouamini mfumo huo. Nidhamu hizo huwa katika nyanja za elimu, siasa, jamii, uchumi, utawala, ibada nk. Na endapo kuna imani/dini ikawa imekosa nidhamu za maisha kutoka ndani ya imani hiyo. Dini hiyo huwa si mfumo wa maisha, bali inakuwa dini tu. Kama zilivyo imani/dini za ukristo, uyahudi, ubaniyani,ubudha nk. Dini hizi hujihusisha na fungamano la mtu na Mola wake tu bila ya kuwa na masuluhisho yoyote katika maisha ya kila siku.
Je kuna mifumo mingapi? Mifumo ni mitatu: Uislamu, ubepari (demokrasia) na ujamaa (ukomunisti)
Hii mifumo miwili ya ubepari na ukomunisti ni tungo za binadamu na ni ukafiri. Na kila mmoja una chanzo chake na historia yake. Amma Uislamu ndio mfumo wa haki ambao Allah Taala aliuteremsha kupitia Mtume wetu Muhammad (SAAW) ili uwaongoze watu wote mpaka Siku ya Kiama.
Sifa muhimu na za lazima kwa mfumo: Kwanza, uwe wa kilimwengu yaani huanza sehemu fulani kisha kujitanua kwa vita/jihadi au diplomasia ). Pili, uwe una matatuzi/ masuluhisho ya kila nyanja za maisha. Tatu, una tabia ya kujilinda, kujitetea na kujihifadhi. Na mwisho, mfumo lazima ufanye ulinganizi kwa watu wengine.
Hivyo, Aya inayozungumzia juu ya kushushwa Muongozo ndani ya mwezi mtukufu wa Ramadhani maana yake inatutaka tuubebe mfumo wetu wa Kiislamu kwa ufahamu huo tulioufafanua.
