Binaadam kuhitajia kumiliki ni suala la kimaumbile na ni katika kuitikia ghariza/hisia kuu ya kuhifadhi uhai. Ghariza hii ya kuhifadhi maisha inahusiana moja kwa moja na uchumi. Ndiyo utakuta leo hii masuala ya kiuchumi yamepewa kipaumbele kuliko ghariza nyingine kwa kuwa inaathiri ubora wa uitikiaji wa ghariza hizo (ya kuendeleza kizazi/kuzaliana na ghariza ya kuabudu/kunyenyekea).
Katika kutatua changamoto za kiuchumi kumekuwa na mitazamo/nadharia mbalimbali zilizo zaa juhudi tofauti. Na siku zote mitazamo ya mtu huathiriwa na fikra/aqidah (itikadi) aliyo ibeba. Hivyo kuna haja ya kuliaangalia suala la kiuchumi kwa mtazamo wa kiislam ili kuona utatuzi unaobebwa na uislam katika nyanja hii. Na tatizo la kiuchumi tunaloshuhudia leo limeletwa na ubepari, na uislam kimaumbile, hauongelei utatuzi wa matatizo yaliyopo bali huzuia kutokea kwake. Hapa tutaanza na kuangalia kwa ufupi mtazamo wa uislam kuhusu uchumi huku tukigusia unavyo tofautiana na mtazamo wa kibepari, ufumo/aidiolojia inayotawala ulimwengu ambayo imeleta matatizo yaliyopo na kushindwa kuyatatua.
UCHUMI (Iqtisaad/economy) ni neno lililotoholewa kutoka katika lugha ya kigiriki likimaanisha masuala ya nyumbani likibeba maana ya wahusika watendaji wa nyumbani kujumuika katika kutengeneza bidhaa na huduma na kisha wote kugawana kile walicho miliki. Na baadae maana hii ikakuzwa kujumuisha jamii pana chini ya serikali/dola. Kwa hiyo uchumi ni namna ya uzalishaji, usambazaji na utumiaji wa bidhaa na huduma zilizo zalishwa.
Uislam: umeutazama uchumi na kuugawa katika namna kuu mbili; kuna nidhamu/mfumo wa kiuchumi na sayansi/elimu ya kiuchumi. Hii ni tofauti na ubepari unaotazama uchumi kwa jumla yake bila mgawanyo huu na ikapelekea kuwa ni chanzo cha matatizo katika uchumi.
Elimu/sayansi ya uchumi ni namna/mbinu na weledi wa kuzalisha na kuongeza mali/huduma. Kwa mfano namna ya kuzalisha mazao shambani, kilimo bora cha mahindi, au uzalishaji wa kuku bora na ng’ombe bora, haya yote na yanayo fanana hutegemea juhudi za kibinadamu katika ujuzi wa kufahamu mahitaji ya zao husika kama hali ya hewa udongo, msimu wa kuotesha na mbegu bora, kisha huduma bora zinazo hitajika. Nidhamu/mfumo wa uchumi ni namna ya usambazaji na ugawaji wa mali/huduma iliyo zalishwa. Yaani ni namna ya umilikaji. Na hapa ndipo palipo na utofauti baina ya ujamaa, urasilimali na uislam. Na ndiyo tatizo mama katika uchumi linalo shuhudiwa hivi leo.
Uislam husimamia kwa raia wake upatikanaji wa bidhaa na huduma zote za msingi, kwa wepesi na ubora wa hali ya juu. Uislam hakufunga kiasi (quantity) cha uzalishaji bali ukazingatia halali na haram. Ama ubepari hudhibiti soko katika kiasi cha uzalishaji na usambazaji; mfano ni shirika la OPEC ambalo huamua kiasi cha mafuta yanayopasa kuwepo sokoni ili kulinda bei isishuke, pia matajiri wachache wamehodhi usambazaji wa bidhaa kama ilivyo kwa sukari Tanzania.
Uislam ukaweka zaka kwa ajili ya watu kushiriki utajiri ambapo tajiri hulazimika kutumia sehemu ya mali yake kwa masikini, hivyo kupunguza tofauti (pengo) baina ya tajiri na masikini.
