Kuangazia Mkutano wa Raisi Uhuru Kenyatta na Raila Odinga
Mkutano baina ya Uhuru Kenyatta, Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Kenya , ambaye yuko upande wa Muingereza, na Raisi wa wananchi wa Kenya, Raila Odinga ambaye yuko upande wa Marekani uliofanyika jana katika jengo la Harambee House , Nairobi umejiri kutokana na hali zifuatazo:
- Marekani na baadhi ya mataifa yenye nguvu hawafurahishwi na mwenendo wa wafuasi wa Odinga ambao ni wengi sana wakiwemo takriban Waislamu wengi wa Pwani ya Kenya juu ya kudhihirisha chuki zao wazi wazi dhidi ya serikali pale inaposhambuliwa na Al-Shabab. Dhulma ya serikali kwa wafuasi hao hususan taasisi za ulinzi na usalama imepelekea wafuasi hao kuunga mkono wazi wazi vitendo vya Al-Shabab dhidi ya serikali , kwa msimamo usemao: “adui wa adui yako ni rafiki yako” . Uhalisia huo ni hatari kubwa hususan kwa Marekani ambayo imebeba bango la vita dhidi ya Uislamu kwa kisingizio cha ugaidi, na hicho ni katika kipaumbele kilichobebwa kwa nguvu kubwa hata katika ziara ya Waziri wao wa Nje ndani ya Afrika. Tumeshuhudia pia Balozi wa Marekani nchini Kenya, mara kwa mara akimpoza Odinga awe na ustahamilivu na kutoa mwito kwa NASA kupatikana muwafaka na Jubilee.
- Kwa kuwa Uhuru Kenyatta yupo upande wa Uingereza, qadhia hii imejiri kwa kiasi kikubwa kwa ridhaa ya Uingereza. Na hili ni dhihirisho la uhodari na uweledi wa hali ya juu wa siasa za kiengereza za ‘kutafuna na kupuliza’. Uingereza inatambua maguvu na mabavu ya Marekani, na mvutano wao wa kugombania ngawira katika nchi mbalimbali ikiwemo Kenya, Uingereza imekuwa wakati mwengine kuwa tayari kugawana mkate na Marekani, lakini hata pale inapokuwa imeshikilia sehemu kubwa zaidi ya mkate, kidhahiri huwa anaonesha kana kwamba hakuna uadui baina yake na Marekani. Qadhia hii ni mfano mmoja mzuri kwa hilo.
- Serikali ya Jubilee chini ya Raisi Uhuru Kenyatta inataka kuficha fedheha inayowakabili, ya kupata serikali kwa namna ya kihuni kwa kinachoitwa uchaguzi wa peke yao, kama ilivyofedheshwa wazi wazi na Jumuiya ya Ulaya kuhusu uchaguzi huo.
- Serikali ya Jubilee inatafuta namna fulani ya kupumua na kumwaya pumzi zilizowapalia kifuani kutokana na mzingiro wa nyavu za idhilali kutoka mahkama ya Kenya tangu kuapishwa raisi wa wananchi Raila Odinga. Kwa namna mahakama ya nchi hiyo inavyoiendesha mchakamchaka serikali, na serikali kufoka na kupiga mayowe kama mlevi aliyeishiwa nguvu, si ajabu kwamba Marekani imeshafanikiwa kuidhibiti taasisi hiyo ya mahkama, na serikali ya Jubilee (Uingereza) pengine imeshapoteza udhibiti.
- Serikali ya Jubilee ina dhamira ya kuugawa zaidi upinzani (NASA) na kuwapotezea umaarufu wanaharakati wenye misimamo mikali ndani ya upinzani huo kama Miguna Miguna, Jemadari wa vuguvugu la kumshinikiza Uhuru kuondoka madarakani, Miguna Miguna amekuwa ni nyota inayong’aa zaidi tangu kuapishwa Raila Odinga.
- Jubilee inajaribu kusahihisha makosa makubwa ya kisiasa katika kukabiliana na wimbi la kuapishwa kwa Odinga, ambapo waliwatia nguvuni baadhi ya viongozi kama Miguna Miguna, kuvidhibiti vyombo vya habari, na kuwadhulumu raia maeneo ambayo ni ngome za upinzani.
- Jubilee wametishwa kiasi fulani na hatari ya ufuasi mkubwa wa Odinga uliodhihirika wazi siku ya kuapishwa kwake, kiasi cha serikali kuviondoa mara moja vikosi vyake vya ulinzi na usalama siku ile licha ya vitisho vya awali vya serikali, hali ile na kumili kwa rai amma/public opinion kutoka kwa wanasheria na wanahabari dhidi ya serikali, kwa kiasi fulani imeishtua Jubilee na serikali yake na wamehisi lazima chochote kifanyike walau kuonekane kuna kiasi fulani cha sulhu.
8.Mgawanyiko wa siasa za kimaeneo na kikabila nchini Kenya ni jambo ambalo limewaachia Jubilee kumbukumbu mbaya kutokana na matukio ya chaguzi za nyuma. Na hasa ukizingatia kuwa mwito wa sasa wa upinzani unaambatana na kuigawanya Kenya ili makabila yanayounga mkono upinzani na wakaazi wa Pwani waunde nchi yao.
- Mazungumzo haya pia ni turufu adhimu kisiasa kwa Raila Odinga kwa namna mbili: Kwanza, ni kama aina nyengine ya pipi ya kurefusha matumani ya uwongo kwa wafuasi wake baada ya kugonga ukuta akikosa pa kuwapeleka wafuasi hao baada ya kile kilichoitwa kuapishwa. Pili, kuwaonesha baadhi ya viongozi katika Muungano wake wao wa NASA hususan wale wanasiasa wakubwa kama Mudavadi, Wetangula, Kalonzo nk. waliomsaliti kutohudhuria kuapishwa kwake na pia wenye kihere kihere kama Miguna Miguna, kuwaonesha kwamba yeye ‘baba’ (Odinga) ndio kila kitu, na hakuna zaidi wala mithili yake miongoni mwao. Kwa hivyo, waamiliane nae kwa heshima na adabu.
Kwa kukhitimisha:
Siasa katika demokrasia zina mambo mawili makubwa ambayo wafuasi hawana budi kuelewa: Kwanza, ni siasa za kimaslahi ambazo hakuna adui wala rafiki wa kudumu, bali kuna maslahi ya kudumu. Pili, wanasiasa hawa katika nchi changa na vyama vyao huwa ni wakala tu, hawana maamuzi makubwa wala msimamo huru, kwa kuwa huamriwa na mabwana zao tu.
Siasa za Kenya kama zilivyo nchi nyengine changa hazikusalimika na hali hiyo. Odinga na Muungano wa NASA wapo upande wa Marekani, na Uhuru na Muungano wa Jubilee wako upande wa Uingereza, na sio zaidi ya hivyo.
Watu wa Kenya na hususan nchi change kwa ujumla wanahitaji mfumo mbadala, mfumo huru utakaowakomboa na utumwa kama huu wa kuchezewa maisha, akili, hisia , mali na nguvu zao ilhali malengo ni maslahi. Maslahi machache hupata wanasiasa wa ndani, na maslahi makubwa yawe ya kisiasa, kiuchumi au kijeshi huwenda kwa madola makubwa.
Katika zama zetu tumeshuhudia mfumo wa ukomunisti ukisambaratika kwa aibu na fedheha, na sasa tunajionea waziwazi namna na mfumo wa ubepari (udemokrasia) unavyoutumbukiza ubinadamu katikati ya shimo la machungu, madhara, ufisadi, mateso, mauwaji na dhiki zisiomithilika, hali inayodhihirisha bayana kwamba hauna uwezo wa kumsimamia mwanadamu. Ni wakati muwafaka sasa kutafiti mfumo mbadala wa Kiislamu chini ya dola yake ya Kiislamu ya Khilafah.
