Katika Kumbukumbu ya 97 ya Kuvunjwa Dola ya Khilafah:
Taarifa kwa Vyombo vya Habari
«ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»
“Kisha itakuwepo Khilafah kwa njia (manhaj) ya Utume”
(Imetafsiriwa)
Hakuna ikhtilafu kuwa sharia za Dola ya Khilafah ni miongoni mwa fiqhi ya vitendo, na wala si katika maswala ya Aqeeda. Vile vile hakuna ikhtilafu kuwa kukosekana kwake hupelekea kukosekana kutekelezwa kwa Uislamu kivitendo. Utekelezaji hukmu za kisheria ni faradhi ya kutoshelezana (Fardh Kifayah) juu ya Ummah ambao utawakilisha kwa niaba yao Imam ambaye atasimamia mambo yake kwa mujibu wa sharia za Uislamu, na atafuata sera ili kuhofisha wale wanaopanga njama dhidi ya Ummah na Dini yake, na ataongoza sera ya kigeni ili kueneza ujumbe wa Uislamu ulimwenguni.
Maadui wa Dini hii na Waislamu wanafanya kazi kwa bidii ili kuzuia kurudi kwa maisha kamili ya Kiislamu. Hawakuivunja tu Dola ya Khilafah pekee kupitia mikono ya muhalifu Mustafa Kamal miaka 97 iliyopita (Hijri), bali wanapanga njama za kuimaliza Aqeedah ya Kiislamu kutokana na kuwepo kwake, au angaa kutoka nyoyoni na akilini mwa Waislamu. Hawakuondoa tu hukmu za Dini hii pekee bali walilazimisha kanuni za kibinadamu zitokanazo na hadhara ya Kimagharibi, bali pia walifanya kazi na bado wangali wanafanya kazi, kuchafua hukmu za Uislamu kwa upande mmoja na kuzipamba fahamu za hadhara ya Kimagharibi ambazo zimefilisika kutokana na hoja, dalili au kitu chengine chochote.
Imam Abu Hamid al-Ghazali (Allah amrehemu) amesema: “Utawala na Dini ni mapacha, Dini ni asili na Utawala (Sultan) ni mlinzi, na kwamba kile ambacho hakina asili kitaangamizwa na kile ambacho hakina mlinzi kitapotea”. Hivyo basi, baada ya kuondolewa utawala mlinzi, Wamagharibi wakaanzisha majaribio ya kudumu ya kung’oa Aqeeda ya Kiislamu kutoka nyoyoni mwa Waislamu, sio pekee kupitia mbinu za uvamizi wa kifikra, na kulazimisha nidhamu na kanuni za kigeni na kuipamba hadhara fisidifu ya Kimagharibi; vile vile kupitia kubuni vita kwa visingizio vingi, wakati mwengine kupitia mikononi mwa watawala vibaraka wa Waislamu. (Kama inavyo shuhudiwa nchini Yemen, Iraq, Syria na Libya, na shambulizi la mwisho la angani lililo tekelezwa na Jeshi la anga la Afghan, katika mkoa wa Kunduz kaskazini mwa nchi hiyo, katika shule wakati wa hafla ya kufuzu kundi la wanafunzi walio hifadhi Quran, likiwauwa 100 na kuwajeruhi 50 wengine). Na kupitia majeshi yake nyakati zengine, baada ya kuunda kambi za kijeshi na kuwafanya watoto wa Waislamu kuwa ndio shabaha ili kufanya majaribio ya silaha zake hatari juu yao.
Lakini Ummah huu haukufa na wala hautakufa, na Allah (swt) ameahidi kuihifadhi Dini hii, na hata kuifanya itawale juu ya mifumo mengine yote.
﴿يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلَّا أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ * هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ﴾
“Wanataka kuizima nuru ya Allah kwa vinywa vyao, na Allah anakataa ila aitimize Nuru yake ijapo kuwa makafiri watachukia. Yeye ndiye aliyemtuma Mtume wake kwa uongofu na Dini ya haki ipate kudhihiri juu ya dini zote ijapokuwa washirikina watachukia”
[At-Tawba: 32-33].
Ummah wa Kiislamu umepasuliwa, umegawanywa na kupoteza Khilafah yake tangu miaka ya tisini na nne (kwa kalenda ya miladi) au miaka tisini na saba ya kihijria. Tunasema sasa imetosha! Wakati umewadia sasa kwa Ummah huu kukusanyika pambizoni mwa uongozi wa kisiasa wenye hekima, weledi na ikhlasi utakao regesha utukufu wa Ummah huu na kutumia rasilimali zake kuwahudumia watoto wake, na utakao ondoa mamlaka kutoka kwa maadui wake juu ya Waislamu na utakao tekeleza Sharia za Mola wake. Hivyo basi mwaka huu Hizb ut Tahrir katika kumbukumbu ya kuvunjwa Khilafah inawakusanya Waislamu, katika sehemu tofauti tofauti za duniani kuanzia mashariki mpaka magharibi, kufanya kazi nayo kwa bidii ili kurudisha Uislamu katika uhalisia wa kimaisha kupitia kusimamisha Dola ya Khilafah Rashidah kwa njia ya Utume. Kufanya warsha au makongamano na kuandaa mikutano na kutoa taarifa na matoleo, katika miji ya Uturuki, makao makuu ya Khilafah ya Kiuthmani, eneo la mashariki, kati na magharibi, na nchini Palestina kuanzia kitovu cha Jerusalem (Al-Quds) mpaka Gaza Hashem, na nchini Lebanon, ambayo Wamagharibi walitaka iwe ndio sehemu ya kueneza sumu ya hadhara yao iliyo oza, na nchini Sudan na Tunisia, Kairouan, mpaka Malaysia na Indonesia.
Tumetoa ahadi kwa Ummah ya kuzitoa muhanga nafsi zetu kwa ajili ya Dini hii tukufu, tunamlingania kila Muislamu ambaye anayahami matukufu ya Allah na Sharia Yake kufanya kazi nasi ili kulingania bishara ya Mtume wa Allah (saw): «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ» “Kisha itakuwepo Khilafah katika Njia ya Utume”
Na kupata ahadi ya Allah:
﴿وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَىٰ لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ﴾
“Allah amewaahidi wale walioamini miongoni mwenu, na kufanya mema, atawafanya makhalifa katika ardhi, kama alivyo wafanya makhalifa waliokuwa kabla yao, na atawamakinishia dini yao aliyo waridhia (Uislamu). Na atawabadilishia baada ya hofu yao usalama, wataniabudu Mimi wala hawatanishirikisha na kitu chochote, na yeyote atakaye kufuru baada ya hapo, basi hao ndio mafasiki (waovu)” [An-Nur: 55]
Ewe Allah, tupe ahadi yako, na tutunuku kwa ahadi ya utiifu (Ba’yah) kwa Khalifah kuhukumu kwa Kitabu na Sunnah ya Mtume wako (saw). Wewe ndiye mlinzi wa hilo na Mwenye uwezo nalo. Alhamdulillah Rabbil Aalameen kutoka mwanzo na mwisho.
